Most frequent questions and answers

If the order has been paid and completed, it cannot be canceled or merged. Please confirm the order information before proceeding with the payment.

Please refer to the following order status explanations on the official website:
• Awaiting Payment: Please make the payment within 24 hours. If no payment is received, the system will automatically cancel the order.
• Processing: Payment has been confirmed, and the order is being prepared. Please be patient.
• On Hold: Some items in the order are out of stock, and a notification email has been sent. Please respond promptly.
• Completed: The items have been shipped, and you will receive a tracking number. The courier will contact you for delivery.
• Failed: If payment is overdue, the account will no longer accept the payment, and the original order will be considered invalid. Please place a new order.

If you wish to modify the shipping information, please immediately send a private message to Facebook Messenger
after placing the order. Once the order status is “Completed,” the shipping information cannot be modified.

  • When adding products to the cart, the inventory and gifts are not reserved until the checkout is completed. The items will be shipped based on the order of checkout.
  • For limited quantity gifts, they will be given on a first-come, first-served basis. If your order does not include a gift, it means they have been exhausted.
  • Please double-check your ordered items before proceeding with the payment, as orders cannot be canceled or merged once placed.

If you wish to change the size or color of the ordered items, please contact customer service
before the order status is “Completed.” Our representatives will assist you in modifying the order
content.

We offer two payment methods: Online Credit Card payment and PayPal.
*UnionPay, VISA, MASTER and JCB credit cards from various banks are accepted.

On our official website, all items are in stock. Only some products can be replenished, while other
products will be discontinued and not restocked once sold out.


OGBEAR is our classic original clothing series, regularly stocked, and available for replenishment.
COSBEAR is our playful parody clothing series, regularly stocked, and available for replenishment.
Co-Branding and Collabear series products will be discontinued once sold out.

【Convenience Store Pickup】
Available at FamilyMart and 7-Eleven.

【Courier】
For both domestic and international deliveries, we use “SF-express” as the
carrier. If you are uncertain about the delivery area, feel free to inquire with
us.

We provide delivery services in the following areas:

• Taiwan Area:
Taipei City, New Taipei City, Taoyuan City, Hsinchu City, Hsinchu County,
Miaoli County, Taichung City, Changhua City, Changhua County, Nantou
County, Yunlin County, Chiayi City, Chiayi County, Tainan City, Kaohsiung
City, Yilan County, Hualien County, Taitung County.
• International Locations:
United States, United Kingdom, Australia, France, Germany, Canada,
Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Macau, China,
Thailand, New Zealand, Guam, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, Greece, Hungary,
Ireland, Italy, Mexico, and more.

If the delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect shipping address,
ANYBEARS and the logistics company are not responsible for the issue.
*Please note that the products cannot be delivered to postal boxes,
forwarding companies, or package consolidation service providers.

Taiwan Area: USD$4
International Locations: Starting from USD$20 (varying by location)

*Enjoy free shipping for domestic orders over NTD 10,000 and international orders over NTD 20,000.
The order total displayed at checkout does not include customs duties. Depending on the
applicable laws of the destination country/region, some banks may charge a small transaction fee
for international orders, which will be borne by the buyer.

All items are in stock, and order processing and shipping are from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays in Taiwan).

Orders will be shipped sequentially. For stocked items, orders placed before 15:00 on a workday will be shipped on the same day.
Taiwan Area: Approximately 2 to 3 working days*

Hong Kong and Macau Area: Approximately 3 to 4 working days*
Other International Areas: Approximately 4 to 16 working days*

*Starting from the day the package is handed over to the logistics company, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and customs clearance time. If there are holidays, order processing and delivery times may be delayed.
