If there are any “defects or dirt” upon receiving the item, we will promptly provide corresponding services such as exchange, return, or refund.

Regarding returns and exchanges (Taiwan Only):
Seven-day appreciation period (including holidays): The appreciation period is not a trial period, so please keep the product and gifts in new condition and do not remove the original packaging tags. To protect both parties’ interests, please make sure to record a video when unboxing and retain the shipping order paper. Without the above information, returns will not be accepted.

Application process:
For “size mismatch” or “defective products,” each order is only eligible for one return or exchange. (*Taiwan Only, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.)

1. The returned item must be kept in its original condition (tags intact, undamaged, unwashed).
2. Complete the “After-sales Service Card” included in the package, providing sender information and size exchange details.
3. Return the product via “Convenience Store Pickup” and include the returned/exchanged item along with the After-sales Service Card.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will promptly send out the replacement item.

Products and special circumstances not eligible for returns:
※ Please note that the following situations are not eligible for returns. ※

– Exceeding the seven-day appreciation period.
– According to the Consumer Protection Act in Taiwan, intimate apparel (underwear, pajamas, socks, swimwear, Bra Tops, etc.) and accessories (earrings, ear studs, necklaces, rings, bracelets, etc.), as well as masks, are considered personal hygiene products. Therefore, they have no appreciation period and are not eligible for returns or exchanges based on personal hygiene principles.
– Clothing with noticeable odors such as perfume or tobacco, makeup stains, removal of product tags, washed items, accessories with scratches or damages, etc., are not considered defects according to international inspection standards, and thus cannot be returned as defective items.
– Returns and exchanges are not accepted for international deliveries due to the more complicated shipping process. Before shipping, we carefully inspect and package all items to ensure a worry-free ordering experience.

Definition of non-defective items:
– The product sizes are manually measured, and due to factors such as different batch shipments and materials, a measurement error of ±2cm from the actual size is considered normal.
– The color may vary slightly due to different color settings on each computer or mobile device, please consider before placing an order.
– Loose threads, minor loose seams, unbuttoned items, and clothing creases are normal phenomena.
